Engagement - Jacob & Sydney

 

Jacob and Sydney’s Engagement Session was a couple of summers ago now but looking through these photos today, after they’ve become such dear friends, is a sweet thing. I love seeing the sweet way they look at each other here in these photos, and thinking about the beautiful and the hard and the new life they’ve been through since this, and comparing how I’ve seen them look at each other now. A weathered love. Something about photographing friends and knowing their life that puts this beautiful work of capturing love stories back into perspective for me.
